(We had been using the old Radionics system which was great but which apparently got fried after 23 years of loyal service, when the power went out for 2 days during the recent storm.

So Reggie and Kevin came out and installed your new Honeywell system, and then they showed us how to use the phone app and the desktop versions on alarm.com. Their installation work was absolutely professional, the wiring in the box is super-clean, and the system seems easy to use. The time and patience they devoted to helping me log onto the app and the desktop version and to run them - very effective, intuitive, and authoritative.

Also, I was especially pleased to learn that Reggie is a Marine, and that Kevin served in the Navy aboard the USS Eisenhower (CVN 69). Thank you for hiring veterans - they are the best, as Reggie and Kevin exemplify.

Reggie and Kevin did an awesome job - they are so professional and personable. They also checked each of the original cameras in the system. Kevin restored Notifications via emails and iMessages, the latter of which In the current available format.

They checked the Gate Camera Notifications by driving in and out of my driveway twice before they left.

This was just the first time it was tested - there was a slight delay, which they think could be from the distance involved
